There are several methods of accessing your voicemail messages when you are away from your office:

1. Voicemail to Email – if you have your voicemail configured to deliver voicemail messages via email, then wherever you can receive your email messages, such as on your smart phone, your tablet, or your home computer or laptop, you can also access your voicemail messages. 2. User CommPortal – You can access your voicemail messages and much more by logging into your user commportal. Just visit https://phoneware.uccommportal.com, enter your direct telephone number and your commportal password, and you can easily access your messages and much more.

3. Call Your Own Direct Telephone Number – if you want to retrieve your voicemail messages from outside of the office, simple call your own personal direct telephone number. When you hear your voicemail greeting, press *. You will be prompted to enter your PIN, followed by #, and then you will be logged into your mailbox where you can access your voicemail messages, record a greeting, control features, and much more.

4. Call The Voicemail System Remote Access Telephone Number – Call 602-445-7770 from a phone other than your office phone, such as your mobile phone, home telephone, etc. The voicemail system will answer with a message asking you to enter your area code and phone number. Enter your 10-digit personal direct telephone number and press #. The system will then ask you to enter your PIN. Do so and press #, and you will be logged into your mailbox access your voicemail messages, record a greeting, control features, and much more.
