  • Contacts may have the ability to OPT-IN to receiving text messages from your organization. This opt-in may be a feature within the text messaging app, or it might be included in a terms and conditions section of an agreement or another form of communication. Check the box below if your organization has a form of Opt-In for text messaging with your contacts. Please note that the MaX UC app does not offer an integrated OPT-IN feature. Example: Opt-In to receiving text messages verbiage is included in the terms and conditions of our customer service agreement.
  • Contacts may have the ability to OPT-OUT of receiving text messages from your organization. This opt-out may be a feature within the text messaging app (such as sending the word STOP), or it may be in another form of communication with your contacts. Please note that the MaX UC app does not offer an integrated OPT-OUT feature. Example: Opt-Out of receiving text messages is accomplished by contacts sending a text message with the single word STOP.
  • Contacts may be given an option to request help either within the messaging app or via another method of communication.
