how can I log into a different mailbox other than my own from within or outside of the office?

From within the office:

  1. Press your voicemail button. System should prompt you to enter your voicemail PIN. DO NOT DO SO. Instead, press *. This should take you to a prompt that asks you to enter your area code and phone number. ***
  2. Enter the direct telephone number of the voicemail box that you wish to log into and press #. System will prompt you to enter the PIN for this mailbox and press #. Do so, and you will be logged into this mailbox instead of your own.

*** If you have the SKIP PIN feature enabled, you will not be able to bypass the PIN ENTRY step and you will be logged directly into your own mailbox. To disable the SKIP PIN feature, click here.

From outside the office:

  1. Dial 602-445-7770. You should receive a prompt that asks you to enter your area code and phone number, followed by #.
  2. Enter the direct telephone number of the voicemail box that you wish to log into and press #. System will prompt you to enter the PIN for this mailbox and press #. Do so, and you will be logged into this mailbox instead of your own.
