1. Log into the admin portal at https://phoneware.uccommportal.com/bg.
2. Find the user you want to unlock. If it’s easier, you can select the department (location) at the top to show only the users at that site.
3. Click on the (…) at the right of the user, and then choose UNLOCK ACCOUNT. Be careful not to choose RESET LINE as this will erase all user settings.
That will unlock the account. If you need to reset the user’s PIN or password, you can open that user by clicking on their name, then click on VIEW ACCOUNT SETTINGS to change the various passwords for the user.
