To log into MaX UC (previously known as Accession Communicator), use the ten-digit direct phone number of your office extension and your Phoneware User Commportal password.
If you don’t know your direct phone number, if you have a Yealink desk phone, simply lift your handset, and your direct phone number should be shown on your phone’s display.
If you have forgotten your Phoneware User Commportal password, you may use the Forgotten Password link to reset it. When prompted, enter the ten-digit direct phone number of your office extension.
