Plantronics EHS Adapter Cable APU-72 for USB

Description

Adapts headset with standard RJ9 headset connector to a USB connection. Provides EHS capability for a Plantronics CS500-series wireless headseet with a Yealink T50-series phone. Yealink T50-series phones are equipped with an RJ9 headset connection on the bottom of the phone and will connect with a standard headset connection, but do not have an AUX connection for connecting an EHS adapter such as the EHS36. Using the APU-72 adapter, you can connect a Plantronics CS500-series headset to the USB port of your Yealink T50-series phone, providing EHS funcationality.

EHS, or electoronic hook switch, allows remote answering and disconnecting of calls by pressing a button on the wireless headset while away from your desk.
