There are a variety of methods to manage the security of your Phoneware cloud-based telecom subscriber account.

To reset your commportal password if you’ve lost it:

  1. Visit https://azphoneware.com and click on the LOGIN / User Commportal Option
  2. When you reach the user commportal login page, click on RESET PASSWORD.
  3. Enter your direct telephone number (not the main number, but the direct ten-digit telephone number that is assigned to your extension. Then click RESET PASSWORD.
  4. A password reset link will be sent to the security email address on file for the account.
  5. If you do not receive the email, you will need to contact your system administrator or Phoneware support to reset your password.

To change your commportal password (also used for Accession, Voicemail to email links, Call Recording, and other features):

  1. Visit azphoneware.com and click on the LOGIN / User Commportal Option
  2. Login with your direct telephone number (not the main number, but the direct ten-digit telephone number that is assigned to your extension) and your current commportal password).
  3. Once logged in, select the CHANGE PASSWORD option at the bottom center of the user commportal main home screen. Complete form and confirm.

To change your voicemail PIN via the user commportal:

  1. Visit azphoneware.com and click on the LOGIN / User Commportal Option
  2. Login with your direct telephone number (not the main number, but the direct ten-digit telephone number that is assigned to your extension) and your current commportal password).
  3. Once logged in, select the CHANGE VOICEMAIL PIN option at the bottom center of the user commportal main home screen. Complete form and confirm.

To change your voicemail PIN via telephone:

  1. Connect to the voicemail system, enter your current voicemail pin to login.
  2. Select option 4 for settings.
  3. Select option 3 for security options.
  4. Selection option 1 to change your PIN.
  5. Enter new PIN and accept.
